Recently, a large number of counterfeit products have entered the market, posing a serious threat to both our company’s reputation and consumer safety.
We hereby issue this strict warning: Any products sold on Shopee, Lazada, or through offline channels at a price lower than the company’s official price are highly likely to be counterfeit.
Whether online or offline, any low-priced products are considered non-genuine. The company will not recognize or take responsibility for them.
Every genuine product has a unique anti-counterfeit system:
• Scan the QR code
• Scratch off the coating
• Enter the 4-digit code
Only then can authenticity be verified.
Any product that fails this verification is counterfeit, and the company bears no
responsibility.
The company has never opened any official store on Shopee, Lazada, or other platforms.
The company has never collaborated with any third-party platforms (e.g., Flxx Plxx, Oxx Coin). Any products purchased from these platforms or other unauthorized channels will not be recognized, not supported, not warranted, and not eligible for after-sales service.
This is a matter of utmost seriousness:
• All distributors must strictly inform customers that whether online or offline, low-priced products are almost certainly counterfeit, carrying serious health and safety risks. The company is fully exempt from liability.
• Any financial or health damages caused by counterfeit products will be solely borne by the
purchaser.
This is directly tied to our brand integrity and consumer safety. Zero tolerance must be observed.
